1972 Kawasaki 750 H2

I had never had a Kawasaki never mind a Triple. And then I purchased what I was told were 2 x 1972 H2’s largely in boxes for what seemed like too much money because I don't even know if all the pieces are there- turns out there were enough to make this one…

That's about $9800...easily spent a small fortune on fasteners so it's probably a lot more...I'd like to think there's nothing listed that I didn't need to do....but could probably have gotten away with not getting stators rewound, using original coils & CDI and would have saved a fortune lacing the wheels myself (right???- not cheap) and sticking with a single disc but...I simply wanted it all to work and...anyway..single discs don't look as good as doubles...not to mention braking power is awesome now….not quite Brembo, but good.

I probably should say I'll never do that again.....but I just did exactly that to the same crazy extent!

Ah well....it's my therapy....without it I'd be even crazier...
