VENDORS
Vendors can be an actual human partner in the project ready to provide advice or cut you a deal and even provide a quick refund if you find you mis-ordered. Jess of jessbikes.com and Steve of bevelheaven.com are examples of those people. With Jess, I sent him my grocery list of everything I needed with the best price competitors were offering and he at the very least matched the prices and got me every item. Steve entertained many of my questions of what it would take to wake a Darmah that has been dormant for some 5 years. Together we made a list, and it was indeed the exact parts required to get it going without it blowing up. He has the vital information you won’t find in a manual.
Alternatively there’s all the other companies who boast a plentiful supply of much needed rare parts. For the H2 there are a lot of vendors Diablo Cycle, Z1 Parts Inc, Z1 Enterprises, Johnny’s Vintage…..
I have to say that across the board in general the service is gold standard but not always as personal, but you don’t always need someone to hold your hand when ordering a rare part.
KAWASAKI
https://jessbikes.com/ jess@jessbikes.com. A favorite of the heavyweights on the KTOG forum and to me, the first go-to for H2 parts. Send him your grocery list and he will fill it.

https://z1parts.net/
https://www.z1enterprises.com/ Note Free Shipping after you spend a bit, but sometimes components are a little bit pricier.
https://www.johnnysvintagemotorcycle.com/ Sometimes these guys have the piece no one else does and from time to time have refurbed items and fancy fasteners.
DUCATI
https://bevelheaven.com/. Steve Allen, is the primary go to person for vintage bevel twin Ducatis. One of the few approachable gurus of these bikes.
https://www.mdinaitalia.co.uk/ These guys, based in the UK, will sometimes have the parts that Steve doesn't appear to have, such as rotors, but at a price. Best to ask Steve first.
